1) The longer our cold press goat milk soap cures the longer it will last. During the curing process the excess water in the soap evaporates, which creates a firmer and longer lasting bar. That's why we never sell a soap before the 4-6 weeks of curing time is up. If you have ever bought a bar of handmade soap and it just sort of fell apart when you started using it... well they sold it to early.
2) Always use a soap dish with good drainage,
3) How long does goats milk soap last? If made properly, goat milk soap will not spoil or go bad or expire for 10-20 years. But, you need to keep it in a dry, cool, out of direct sunlight location in your home. It's like fine wine. It gets better with age.
